CoffeeAndCode ( twitter : #CoffeeAndCode ) is an event held at coffee shops by mostly(?) people using Microsoft development tools. I wonder if they’re open to *NIX developers?

Although I’m a developer evangelist with Microsoft, I’m a recent hire who previously worked in the open source world (PHP/Python/Ruby) for 8 years, with the last year spent in a couple of startups. I thought I needed a change of scenery, and changes of scenery don’t get any bigger than that!
Coffee and Code is for all developers, regardless of OS, language, editor, or boxers/briefs/none preference. Yes, I’m there to answer questions about Microsoft, but I’m also there to get my day-to-day work done, talk about the industry in general, or anything else for that matter. You should come on down!
