When we got back to Toronto the roads were clear and as we rode back home, we reflected on the wide backstreets we rode on. They were clear of traffic and as our lights bounced their beams upon the concrete, we realized we felt safer here than in Holland.

$3? Really? I have such a hard time imagining how a fare hike to three dollars can be warrented. I’ve always been a strong supporter of public transit, and still am, but I don’t believe that I’m be as strong of a supporter of the TTC in particular.
